MENU' F.LLI LA COZZA

La nostra cucina è ispirata alle ricette più tipiche della cucina mediterranea. Partiamo da Napoli, per passare dalla Sicilia e dalla Puglia ed arrivare fino in Liguria. Prepariamo in casa le specialità tradizionali utilizzando selezionate materie primee sapori mediterranei. Cerchiamo di fare in modo che al nostro Yacht Club possiate veramente sentirvi in riva al mare!

Small artisan wood ovens, quality raw materials and the long experience of our “pizzaioli”: everything leads back to the ancient Neapolitan tradition. For this reason, since 1998, we have been part of the prestigious “Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana”. In addition to tradition, after accurate research, new proposals are born with alternative doughs combined with excellent ingredients of our territory. Enjoy your meal !

You can request any pizza or focaccia with following dough:
TRADITIONAL NEAPOLITAN DOUGH (double leavening for 24 hours at room temperature)
ALTERNATIVE DOUGH + 1,5 € (multi-cereal, wholemeal, turmeric, burnt wheat and more)
